Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JD Align QuickPacks ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuickPacks provides one-time interview pack generation based on the job information you submit. The Service produces structured interview content to support hiring teams.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use JD Align. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Payments

QuickPacks is offered on a one-time purchase basis. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Use of Service

You agree to use JD Align only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Submit content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Misuse the Service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation.

6. Data Processing

Job information you provide is stored in Microsoft Azure and processed by AI services to generate interview packs. By using JD Align, you consent to this processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

JD Align and its content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of JD Align and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Termination

We may refuse or suspend access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the platform, other users, or our business.

9. Limitation of Liability

JD Align is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
