• Contact Information: Recipient name and email used to deliver interview pack results and invoices.
• Payment Data: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
• Usage Data: Logs and diagnostics to improve service reliability and security.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Generate interview packs based on the job information you provide.
• Process job descriptions using AI services to produce structured interview content.
• Store generated packs and related metadata in Azure Cosmos DB for retrieval.
• Deliver interview packs and invoices via email.
• Improve our services, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the user experience.

4. Data Storage and Security

We use Microsoft Azure services to store job information and generated interview packs. All files and data are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized users and systems only. We regularly monitor and update our security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Job information is processed through Azure AI Foundry or OpenAI services for analysis, under strict confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection standards. Data may be disclosed if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

6. Data Retention

Interview packs and related job information are retained to allow you to access your results. You may request deletion by contacting us. Payment records are retained as required by law and for accounting purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Restrict or object to certain types of data processing.

8. International Data Transfers

JD Align operates primarily in Australia. However, our integration with Azure and OpenAI services may involve secure transfers of data to other regions. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
